Cooking method Homemade Millet mix  Porridge (Common for 8 months Babies to Adults)

Ingredients:

• 2-3 tbsp Millet Heathmix flour flour
• 1 cup water or milk (or a mixture of both)
• Sweetener (jaggery, sugar, or honey – optional)
  

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, add 2-3 tablespoons of Sathumaavu flour.
2. Pour in 1 cup of water or milk and stir well to avoid lumps.
3. Cook on medium heat while continuously stirring.
4. Once the mixture thickens, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5. If needed, add a sweetener of your choice (jaggery, sugar, or honey) .
6. Serve warm. For babies, you can add a bit of ghee or breast milk/formula for extra richness.
