How will I receive my Order?

We will ship your product to your mentioned shipping address. Your orders will be delivered at your doorstep by our courier partners. All your orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your delicacy and ensure that they reach you in fresh condition. 

As this items are procured from different part of the state, we ship orders every Thursday. 

How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?

We will send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?

  1. Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7-10 business days.

How should I check the status of my Order?

Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via email. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.

If you still have hesitations, do write to us at support@dakshindelight.com, and your issue will be addressed.

 

Can I place bulk orders for parties, corporate events, or gifting purposes with Dakshin Delight?

Absolutely! Dakshin Delight welcomes bulk orders for a wide range of occasions, including parties, corporate events, and gifting. We understand that pricing may vary depending on the specific products and the quantity you intend to purchase. Cancellation:

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact our Customer Care at support@dakshindelight.com to cancel the order within 10 hours from your order time. If the order is shipped already, unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it.

In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, please write to us at support@dakshindelight.com. Our Customer Care representatives will help you out with customized solutions wherever possible.

 

Payment Mode:

Electronic payment is the only acceptable form of payment as of now. Please use you Credit/Debit card for payment options.

Shipping policy:

We have your products are shipped with our best shipping partners who work to deliver your products in timely manner. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.

Delivery time:

International orders take 5-7 business days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

Domestic(Indian) orders take 3 - 5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

Note: Sometimes pickup might be needed from the local hub if there is no service in your area. The delivery person will call and let you know.

Refund Policy:

To get a refund, you can contact us at support@dakshindelight.com. If your refund request is accepted, we’ll initiate your refund in 48 hours. You can always contact us for any return question at support@dakshindelight.com

DUTIES:

As indicated for each product, customers are responsible for covering any applicable duties when shipping to Canada and Europe. DakshinDelight does not assume responsibility for any duty charges. In the case of shipments to Canada and Europe, it is common to encounter duties of up to USD $25.

For all other countries, customers are also responsible for paying any duty taxes incurred. DakshinDelight, however, will assist customers with the customs clearance process.

CLEARANCE:

In some instances, particularly for countries like Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Portugal, France, Sri Lanka, Brazil, and Germany, delivery times may extend to 20 days due to customs clearance processes. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite this procedure as customs clearance is beyond our control.

During such instances, DakshinDelight will keep you informed by providing tracking information and guiding you through the overall process.

DAIRY PRODUCT WARNING:

Kindly be aware that milk sweets and dairy products such as Ghee cannot be shipped to the UK or any European countries. If an order from Europe includes milk-based products, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to fulfill that portion of the order. We will either offer an alternative product to replace the milk-based item or provide a refund within 5 business days if a suitable alternative is unavailable. This policy is applicable exclusively to European countries.
