Directions to Make Filter Coffee:

  1. Add 2–3 tablespoons of Dakshin Delight filter coffee powder to the upper compartment of a traditional coffee filter. 
  2. Pour about 3/4 cup of boiling water over the coffee powder. Close the lid and let the decoction drip slowly into the lower compartment.
  3. While the decoction brews, bring 3/4 cup of milk to a gentle boil.
  4. In a cup, mix 1/4 cup of decoction with hot milk (adjust strength to taste). Add sugar as desired and stir well.
  5. Pour the coffee back and forth between a tumbler and dabarah for that perfect froth. Serve hot and enjoy the rich aroma and flavor!
